1. The pressure ropes at each end of the tarpaulin should press the corners of the tarpaulin and tighten it so that the tarpaulin is close to the end wall of the vehicle. They should be tied to the first rope on the side of the vehicle and should not be tied to the towing hook.
2. Tie it to the place where the rope is tied to the truck. Do not tie it to other parts. The tarpaulin rope should be turned into the word "and" and then tied to the other end of the rope head. Pull the tail of the rope with one hand. If the rope is long, double ropes can be used; that is, Fold the rope into two, and then tie it into a back-and-forth flower, or in other words, use the butterfly knotting method or the back-and-forth flower knot method to tie the rope. The rope end after being tied should be wrapped around its own rope pole and tied with at least two dead knots. ;The remaining length of the rope head and tail shall not exceed 300mm and shall not be shorter than 100mm.
3. The waist rope should be pulled straight and tied to the rope on the side of the vehicle. The stretch length of the elastic part of the elastic rope should not be less than 200mm, which is determined according to the loading conditions. If there is a rope in the middle of the vehicle, the middle waist rope should be tied to the vehicle. Tie the rope in the middle; if there is no rope in the middle of the vehicle, the waist ropes in the middle of the tarpaulin are tied to the ropes near the middle of the vehicle. The other waist ropes, starting from both ends of the vehicle and toward the middle of the vehicle, are tied to the corresponding ropes in sequence. . When the elastic rod is not close to the eye socket, the elastic rope should be put away from the middle, the excess rope in the middle should be folded and tied into two dead knots, and the remaining tail should be tied 5 times with a rope card or twine and tied to its own rope pole.
4. Except for the ropes and tarpaulin rope nets that come with the tarpaulin, other ropes are not allowed to be used to bind the tarpaulin. When the remaining ropes are long, they must be stuck and the ropes must not be allowed to go arbitrarily.
5. After being bundled, the plastic tarpaulin should be completely covered and flat, with the goods not exposed. The corners at both ends should be solid and dense, with smooth lines. Each part should not exceed the limit, be strong and not loose and fall off. Of course, the hand brake disc of the truck must be exposed.
6. The tarpaulin corner ropes at both ends of the truck cross along the end wall of the truck and are tied to the two ropes at the end of the vehicle. When the angle rope passes through the truck's manual brake gate, it should pass from above; when it passes through the brake lever and lifting hook rod, it should pass from the inside; at the same time, pay attention to the two end ropes in the middle of the tarpaulin at both ends of the truck that are vertically downward. Tighten the two ropes tied to the end of the vehicle. When passing the hook rod, it should also pass through it from the inside.
