Yes, we provide free tarp samples within 5-7 days. Customers only need to cover the courier cost.
Can you provide drawings for ready made tarps if we don't have them?
Yes, just share your requirements and we can create drawings for production.
If our order quantity is small, do you accept? What's your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the tarp type. If we have matching PVC fabric in stock, we can accommodate small quantities like 20-50 pieces.
If our quantity is large, is there any discount? Or if quantity is small, do you accept?
Yes, larger quantities receive better pricing. We also accept small orders when materials are available.
What about the payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit, balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
What about lead time?
Lead time depends on product style and quantity, typically 20-40 days after deposit receipt.
